You can delete your kiki account and everything stored with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How do I delete my account in the app?
Open kiki, go to Account (the avatar at the top right of your gallery), scroll to the bottom and tap "Konto und alle Bilder löschen". Confirm once. The app deletes your account, all uploaded photos, all generated images and texts, your credits and your referral codes, then signs you out.
How do I request deletion without the app?
Send an e-mail to hallo@milamiete.de with the subject "kiki account deletion" from the e-mail address linked to your account, or include the referral code shown in the app under "Freunde einladen" so we can find the account. We delete the account within 14 days and confirm by e-mail. Accounts without an e-mail address (first try-on without sign-up) are deleted automatically 30 days after the upload.
What exactly is deleted?
- Your account and login link (Apple or Google identifier, e-mail address if shared)
- All uploaded photos and every generated image and listing text
- Your credit balance and purchase assignments in our system
- Your referral codes and invitations
Purchase receipts stay with Apple or Google under their terms. Invoice-relevant data that German tax law requires us to keep (Section 147 of the Fiscal Code) is retained for up to ten years in a form that no longer identifies you in the app.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits lapse when the account is deleted, as far as the law allows. Refunds for purchases follow the procedures of Apple or Google.
